The Ip-Art Children's Folk Fest was hosted by the Constant Billy Trust.The band was "Stowfolk" and the caller was Phil Smith The DanceEast Spectacular Dncing Tent was hosted by East Suffolk Morris Men with the Morris Dances taught by Mike Garland - the ESMM Foreman. "Billy" attended both events.
